Worldwide Delivery Charges

We have a simple flat rate delivery charge of just £2.40 for jewellery items to anywhere in the world. It doesn't matter how many items you buy, you still pay only the same flat rate, This applies even to international orders.

Delivery

We pride ourselves on our outstanding level of service. We deliver worldwide. We hold stock of all items and typically despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped 1st class using Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Please allow up to 7 days from time of despatch for delivery for UK addresses. For international orders such as USA please allow up to 14 days.

In the very rare instance of an item being out of stock we always try to obtain stock within 7 days and then ship immediately. Outstanding orders are given absolute highest priority for despatch.

As part of our service we email you as soon as your order is despatched.

Refunds and Returns

We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the price paid for the item. Before returning any item, please Contact MaxShock using the website or email for a returns tracking number. When returning items you are responsible for ensuring that the item is well packed and for the cost of the postage. For your own security all returns should be sent to us using Signed-For Delivery.
