How do I pay with my credit card?
Most people prefer the convienience of paying by credit card or debit card as it is easy and secure. All our credit cards are processed through WorldPay, one of the largest and most recognised online payment methods.

Are my details secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through either Worldpay or Paypal under full strength secure connections. This means your credit card details are highly secure and very well protected.

Can I pay by PayPal?
Yep. Just choose the PayPal option during the checkout.

Can I pay with any other method?
Yes! You can pay by cheque and postal order as well. Simply email us with the product code, description, and quantity and price. We will do the appropriate maths and email you back with the total cost of your order including postage charge.

We will email you on safe receipt of your cheque and again when we have dispatched your parcel. Please allow 4 days for cheque clearance.

What appears on my credit card/bank statement?
When you purchase from Max Shock, your credit or banking statement will be debited with our company name 'Gorrod Media'.

What currencies can I pay in?
You can view your prices on Max Shock in GB Pounds, US Dollars or Euros. Your actual credit or debit card will be charged in the currency that you choose to check out in. So you can pay with GBP, US Dollars or EURO as well. We update our exchange rate daily so you can be sure the exchange rate is accurate.
